This is a preliminary phase and most vital step for website building process; at this stage, we gather all information about business, individual etc. We ask all the possible questions which enable us to understand business, individuals, etc.

Most questions are associated to:

Purpose: In this segment, we generally try to find out What will be the purpose of the website, Do website will be informative, promote services, provide buying selling platform etc

Goals: What is the aim of website development? Two most important goals we come across are to make money or to share information.

Target Audience: At this stage, we try to find the target audience for which website will be designed, what will be their age, sex, interest, etc. All information will help us to decide the style and theme of the website.

Content: The client will be requested to provide us with the content for all the sections on the website.

At this stage of website building process, we develop a plan for the website based on the information collected in the previous phase. After that we develop a wire frame which includes a list of main and sub-topics. This provides us a reference for design and content of the user-friendly website.

We also insist client fill our quote forms which give us a rough estimate on budget of website development. It enables us to decide which technologies can be used for development: CMS (content management system) through WordPress or Static HTML5 etc

Appearance and style of the website will be decided on the basis of content and target audience. We include company logo, images, color schemes which will be associated with their field; these all attributes enhance the strength of the website.

Once the design is completed (image format). It will be shared to the client for review. We take client’s feedback and changes are made accordingly. The process will be repeated till design will not get final approval.

Now we have final approved design on which development can begin.

At this stage, client need to pay 50% of quoted amount.

At this stage of website building process, the website is created. All the graphic element and content are incorporated to create a functional website. Once development is over, we share the link of the working website with the client. Here they can review all pages of the website on a computer or other mobile device.

This is the last phase,where we check the complete functionality of forms or other scripts compatibility issues i.e. website can be easily viewed on recent browser version. As soon as we got final approval we deliver the website.

NOTE: At this stage, the client need to pay final quoted amount.

Once final payment is done we upload the files on client’s server. Here all uploaded files are tested so that client must have a functional site. This is the stage where the website is officially launched which is viewed by everyone.

Though the website is fully developed still it has to be updated with content, images etc so that website has maximum visitors. We will be very happy to serve on maintenance phase as we provide free service to update the content, images for 1 year ( from the date when the website is officially launched).
